How do streaks work?
Check in daily to maintain your streak. If you miss a day, your streak resets. Use Streak Repair to restore a lost streak.
What is the Momentum Boost?
Days 1-3 of a new streak earn double points. This helps you build momentum after starting or restarting a challenge.
How do I join or create a team?
Go to the Community page and select the Teams tab. You can create a new team or join an existing one.
What happens when I archive a challenge?
Archived challenges are paused. You can reactivate them anytime from the archived tab. Your streak data is preserved.
How do I earn points and level up?
Check in daily to earn points. Longer streaks earn multipliers. Achievements and completing goals also award bonus points.
